	Agent: Allan Mendoza

Allan has been an agent for over 26 years. He became a second generation agent, after his father. He has continued to grow his agency with each year and has been designated as an Elite agent since 1995. Farmers Insurance Group has recognized only 5% of agency forces with Elite status. This recognition is based on professionalism and continued success with their clientele. He prides himself in providing the correct coverage with the best possible price and treating all his clients with invaluable service.


	AP: Erin

Erin is second in command in the agency and is an agency producer. She will soon become a third generation agent. In her spare time Erin enjoys going to the river, reading, and watching the Chargers!


	Arlene

I have been with Allan's agency since 2004 as his Commercial Specialist. It is a great pleasure to work with Allan as he always goes above and beyond great customer service. He also gives the same value and respect to his employees, making this agency one of the best. When not at the office, I enjoy helping in the community, watching movies, and spending time with good friends.


	Ashley

Ashley has been working as Allan's commercial assistant since October 2009. She started working for Farmers Insurance as a file clerk and receptionist in 2005 and worked her way up to the position she holds today. What Ashley likes most about working for Allan is the knowledge each staff member attains; there is always something new to be learned everyday. In her spare time, she likes to read and go to the beach and tan.


	Hilda

I have been in the insurance industry for 17 years and continue to enjoy my job. I have worked for Allan's agency for 5 years and was promoted to manager 3 years ago. It was a big challenge at first, however, the staff is a great team. I am bilingual and specialize in P&C. It has been great working with Allan. He has taught the staff and I all that we need to know about insurance; we call him Professor Mendoza. When not working I enjoy being a mom to my three sons, a 13 year old, 10 year old, and a 2 year old. They are a hand full and keep me very busy. In my spare time I like to read and go to the beach.


	Janice

I have worked with Farmers Insurance for about 15 years and have seen many changes being made. Currently I am working Personal Lines: Autos, Homeowners, Umbrellas,
Boats etc. Allan is excellent to work with; he knows his clients and is one of the most thorough agents' I’ve worked for. Customer service is our priority; it is a great pleasure working with Allan and the rest of the staff. In my spare time I love to read, shop and travel.

I have worked for Farmers for 26 years. In that time I have mostly work in P&C. Allan is a delight to work for because he always has all the information we need to write a policy so we can get it done in a timely matter. If we need him to do something for us he is Johnny on the spot. My hobbies are grand kids, golf and good times with friends.

I have been working with Allan for a year as a receptionist. What I like most about working for him is that he is great boss and it’s a pleasure working with him and my coworkers who always have a fun and positive attitude. I am bilingual and I enjoy going to the beach in Rosarito, Mexico, on the weekends.


	Ricciee

I have been with Farmers for 2 months, however, I have been working in the insurance busines for a year.I specialize in property and casaulty. Being the newest member of Allan’s team has been a very smooth transition. Everyone has helped a great deal in explaining and helping me understand the Farmers way and its products. This shows how knowledgeable Allan and the rest of the team is.
My hobbies include arts and crafts and I am an avid DVD collector and music downloader.

I been with Farmers for 5 years and am bilingual. I specialize in Property and Casualty. One of the many things I like about Allan is that he is very knowledgeable with all the products Farmers has and his priority is to make sure that his clients are taken care of with the best customer service. Not only is he a great boss he also is a great person. My hobbies are dancing and sports, and I love to listen to many different kinds of music.
